Connecting with the land
Meet the local Quebec farms where we source our premium radish and turnip. Eating and cooking seasonally is the best way to connect with the land and your food. That’s why most of the ingredients in our recipes are sourced locally, from our Canadian backyard.
Goodfood’s very own Daniel Posada, Senior Director, Merchandising & Supply Chain, visited Quebec’s JAG and GNC Farms to get a firsthand look at how our radishes and turnips are grown and harvested for our meal kits.
8Acres: The future of Canadian beef
All of our ground beef is sourced from 8Acres farm where organic and animal welfare standards are incredibly high. Not only do they grow their own organic cattle feed, theirs is truly a free-range farm where cows roam free at all times. We sent our Head Chef, Jordana Rebner, to Manitoba for best-burger inspiration.
