Our Goodfood Travels menu has been such a hit, we’re keeping the adventure going with a brand-new destination: Scandinavia—nestled in Northern Europe and home to hygge, comforting flavours, and dishes that feel extra magical during the holidays.

To bring this destination to life, Chef Jordana flew to Sweden to experience its cozy food scene firsthand. Snowy streets, charming eateries and conversations with local cooks revealed a thriving food culture deeply rooted in the region's climate. Her favourite finds? A soul-soothing Chicken Stew simmered low and slow, a velvety Salmon Soup layered with herbs and cream, and tender Cranberry Meatballs that balance richness with bright Nordic tang. She also fell hard for Jansson’s Frestelse—a beloved Swedish potato gratin that’s as hearty as hearty can get.

When we asked our Head Chef, Jordana Rebner, about dipping into French cooking, her mind went straight to the comforts of French home cooking: a buttery baguette torn by hand, ripe tomatoes still warm from the sun, and delicate herbs like tarragon and thyme plucked fresh from the garden.

If you’re anything like us, the mere mention of Greece conjures dreamy images of whitewashed houses, bright blue skies, and the bright sun sparkling across a turquoise sea. This is Santorini—a Greek island perched in the southern Aegean Sea, and it’s every bit as magical as it sounds. 

Not just a feast for the eyes, Santorini serves up some of the best Greek food you can imagine. Characterized by fresh, local ingredients and simple yet vibrant flavours, the cuisine here is as unforgettable as the sunsets. Think succulent grilled meats, freshly caught seafood and seasonal vegetables. Greece is also the birthplace of one of our all-time favourites: feta cheese, which is believed to be the very first cheese ever made.
