250g Canadian-raised lean ground beef
100g Radishes
2 Cucumbers
30ml Red wine vinegar
120g Hummus
2 Pita
4g Red Ras el Hanout (paprika, cumin, ginger, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, fennel seed, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, black pepper, caraway, galangal, cloves, mace, rose petals, lavender, bay leaf, saffron)

Recipe Instructions

Step 1: Mise en place
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Small-dice the cucumbers.
- Thinly slice the radishes.
- Stack and cut the pita into 6 wedges.

Step 2: Cook the beef
- In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high.
- Add the beef*; season with ¾ of the red ras el hanout and S&P.
- Cook, breaking up the meat, 4 to 6 min., until browned and cooked through.

Step 3: Make the pita chips
- Meanwhile, on a lined sheet pan, toss the pita with a drizzle of olive oil and S&P.
- Toast in the oven, flipping halfway, 5 to 7 min., until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Make the salad
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the cucumbers, radishes, vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, the remaining red ras el hanout and S&P.

Step 5: Plate your dish
- Divide the hummus between your plates and spread out in a circular motion.
- Top with the beef and salad.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve the pita chips on the side. Bon appétit!
