Everything the family loves about Vietnamese-style spring rolls, but in a bowl! This bountiful dish is packed with bright colours, crisp veggies and rice vermicelli, ready to dip into a sweet-tangy-umami sauce that mixes almond butter, ponzu and hoisin.
