If you choose to visit Goodfood, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of Canada. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also. Examples of information you can currently access easily at Goodfood include up-to-date information regarding recent orders, personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail, password, communications preferences, address book), payment settings (including credit card information, gift certificate, gift card, and check balances), e-mail notification settings, Wish Lists, and recommendations.
The Services allow you to invite your friends to sign up for the Services by sharing a referral link via an email. If you choose to upload your contacts to the Service, we will receive those contacts’ information and use it to send invitations on your behalf. When you refer someone via our App or Site, your referral will include your name.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Goodfood Market for account notifications and updates. Message frequency will vary. You can always reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel SMS. Note that standard message and data rates may apply. Note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Goodfood Market will never sell your data.
