These quick-made personal pizzas will add flavour to any evening. You’ll smother soft naan breads in marinara sauce, then top each with ground beef sautéed with spices and aromatics. Add on crispy roasted kale chips, yummy grana padano cheese and a handful of fresh basil leaves for the final touch on this perfectly crispy, comforting meal.

  • 60ml Marinara sauce

Preparation

Cook the beef
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high. Add the garlic and onions. Cook, stirring frequently, 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the ground beef*; season with the spice blend and S&P. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, 4 to 6 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Prepare the pizzas
Place the naan on a lined sheet pan and brush lightly with olive oil. Top each naan with the marinara sauce, cooked beef and grana padano.

Prepare the kale
In a bowl, combine the kale and a drizzle of oil; season with S&P. On the sheet pan, arrange the kale around the pizzas in a single, even layer.

Cook the pizzas & kale
Bake the pizzas and kale on the bottom rack of the oven, 10 to 12 minutes, or until the kale is crispy and the naan are heated through. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

Finish & serve
Cut the pizzas into wedges and divide between your plates. Top with the crispy kale and garnish with the basil (pick the leaves off the stems before adding). Bon appétit!
