Get your seared chicken breasts coated with it as they finish cooking, and serve them in tender slices. Roasted beets and broccoli are there to catch the juices. With the utmost simplicity—just a handful of ingredients and a few steps—it all comes together in 20 minutes.

  • 15ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 14g Honey

Roast the vegetables
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Peel and medium-dice the beets. On a lined sheet pan, toss the broccoli and beets with a drizzle of oil, ⅓ of the spices and S&P. Roast, stirring halfway, 14 to 18 min., until tender.

Make the glaze
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the honey, vinegar and garlic.

Cook & glaze the chicken
In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high. Pat the chicken dry with paper towel; season with the remaining spices and S&P. Cook, partially covered, 4 to 6 min. per side, until partially cooked. Reduce the heat to medium. Brush the chicken* with the glaze and cook, flipping at least twice, 4 to 6 min., until cooked through.

Plate your dish
Divide the chicken (slice beforehand if desired) and vegetables between your plates. Bon appétit!
