Fast Beef & Feta Kefta with Montréal-Style Steak Spice

Sautéed Zucchini & Cauliflower ‘Rice’

Cooking time

10 minutes

600 /serving

Our Montréal Steak House seasoning and red meat are a match made in heaven—so much so that you’d think they were made for each other (fact is, they were!). Apply this heady spice mix to quick kefta, formed from ground beef with the nifty addition of feta cheese, garlic and nutritional yeast to widen the flavour spectrum. Plop these browned beauties on a bed of riced cauliflower and zucchini half-moons, and plop yourself down to eat in no time.

We will send you:

  • 340g Ground beef (high-protein serving)
  • 15ml Minced garlic

Sauté the zucchini & cauliflower rice
In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium. Sauté ½ the garlic, 30 sec. to 1 min., until fragrant. Add the zucchini and cauliflower rice. Sauté, 10 to 12 min., until softened; season with ⅓ of the spices and S&P.

Prepare the kefta
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the beef, ½ the cheese, the nutritional yeast, remaining garlic and spices, and S&P. Form into 6 flat oval patties (double for 4 portions).
