Get in there with both hands! This pick-up-and-go meal takes just 10 minutes of cooking time and delivers timeless satisfaction. Slap boneless pork chops on the grill to sizzle up fast, backed by our beloved BBQ on Bourbon Street spice blend and a good licking of our signature BBQ sauce. Load up pretzel buns with spiced mayo, the tender meat and a layer of slaw, niftily put together from finely sliced Brussels sprouts, apples, cabbage and scallions.

Preparation

Grill the pork
Heat the BBQ on high, making sure to oil the grill first. Pat the pork* dry with paper towel; season with ⅔ of the spices and S&P. Grill on the BBQ (or in a grill pan heated with a drizzle of oil on medium-high), 3 to 5 min. on one side, until partially cooked. Flip and brush with the BBQ sauce. Grill, 3 to 5 min., until cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and reserve the grill pan, if using.

Meanwhile, remove the root ends of the Brussels sprouts; halve lengthwise (quarter if large), then thinly slice crosswise. Thinly slice the scallion. In a small bowl, combine the mayo and remaining spices.

Make the slaw
In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, apples, scallion, 1 tbsp oil (double for 4 portions) and S&P.

Grill the buns
Grill the buns, cut-sides down, on the BBQ (or in the reserved grill pan heated with a drizzle of oil on medium-high), 1 to 2 min., until warmed through.

Plate your dish
Divide the bun bottoms between your plates. Top with the spiced mayo, pork (slice beforehand if desired), a spoonful of the slaw and a bun top. Serve the remaining slaw on the side. Bon appétit!
