Jonathan Ferrari

Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan, a born and raised Montrealer, is Co-Founder and CEO of Goodfood. After graduating with honours from McGill University, he joined RBC’s investment banking team in his hometown in 2010, and, in 2013, co-founded MTL Capital, LLC, a privately held entrepreneurial investment firm. In 2017, Jonathan was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40.


Neil Cuggy

President, Director and Chief Operating Officer

A Montreal native who comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, Neil is President and COO of Goodfood. Prior to this, he co-founded and led MTL Capital LLC, a privately held entrepreneurial investment firm and, from 2010 to 2012, worked in the Investment Banking division of RBC Capital Markets. He graduated first class honours with distinction from McGill University, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Investment Management.


Philippe Adam

Chief Financial Officer

With over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, accounting and operations, Philippe is CFO of Goodfood. Since 2013, he has been a principal at Champlain Financial Corporation and previously served as CFO of Garda Background Screening Solutions from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, Phillippe was an investment banker with National Bank Financial and a director in their corporate financing group. He is a member of the Canadian institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) and has the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

Hamnett Hill

Director

An entrepreneur with 25 years’ experience, Hamnett Hill has built and led companies that make technology work for everyday consumers. He is the co-founder and CFO of Smooch and helped found Edo Capital, a private equity firm for innovative food businesses and technologies. Over the years, his companies and teams have received a number of recognitions, including the Profit 100 Fastest Growing Canadian Companies and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.


Donald Olds

Director

Donald Olds has been President and CEO of the NEOMED Institute since 2017, prior to which he served as COO at Telesta Therapeutics Inc. Donald also served as President and CEO of Presagia Corp, from 2011 to 2013, and from 2002 to 2011 as CFO and COO of Aegera Therapeutics. Donald currently serves as Chairman of Oxfam Quebec. He holds an MBA (Finance & Strategy) and M.Sc. (Renewable Resources) from McGill University.


Guy Leblanc

Director

Guy LeBlanc is a Chartered Professional Accountant who worked for over 35 years at PwC Canada, acting as managing partner of the Montreal office from 2006 to 2015, and managing partner of the Transaction group in Canada from 2002 to 2006. Guy is also a director of Atis Group and Meloche Group. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionels agréés du Québec and has obtained the title of Fellow (FCPA). He also holds the ICD.D. accreditation from the Institute of Corporate Governance.
