Jonathan Ferrari

Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan, a born and raised Montrealer, is Co-Founder and CEO of Goodfood. After graduating with honours from McGill University, he joined RBC’s investment banking team in his hometown in 2010, and, in 2013, co-founded MTL Capital, LLC, a privately held entrepreneurial investment firm. In 2017, Jonathan was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40.


Neil Cuggy

President, Director and Chief Operating Officer

A Montreal native who comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, Neil is President and COO of Goodfood. Prior to this, he co-founded and led MTL Capital LLC, a privately held entrepreneurial investment firm and, from 2010 to 2012, worked in the Investment Banking division of RBC Capital Markets. He graduated first class honours with distinction from McGill University, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Investment Management.


Jonathan Roiter

Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan has over twenty-five years of international experience in corporate finance, accounting, operations and strategy. Prior to joining Goodfood, Jonathan led the Finance and Corporate Development function at Gildan Activewear, which he joined after progressively serving as the CFO and COO of ACE Bakery, which followed a five-year tenure at McKinsey & Company. Jonathan began his career at Deloitte & Touche. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and received his MBA from The Wharton School and Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

Donald Olds

Director

Mr. Olds was President and Chief Executive Officer of the NEOMED Institute from January 2017 to May 2019, prior to which he was the Chief Operating Officer of Telesta Therapeutics Inc. a TSX-listed biotechnology company from 2014 to 2016. In October 2016, he led the process that resulted in the successful sale of Telesta. Prior to Telesta, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Presagia Corp., a private software development company from 2011 to 2013. Before joining Presagia, he worked for 9 years as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Aegera Therapeutics. Prior to Aegera, Mr. Olds was Chief Financial Officer of Mediatrix Telecom from 2000 to 2002 and led the technology investment banking practice of TD Securities in Quebec from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Olds is currently Lead Director of Cannara Biotech Inc. (TSXV:LOVE), Director of Acasti Pharma Inc .(NASDAQ:ACST) and Chairman of Aifred Health Inc. (private) and Director of Presagia Corp. (private). He holds an MBA (Finance & Strategy) and M.Sc. (Renewable Resources) from McGill University.


Terry Yanofsky

Director

Terry Yanofsky is the SVP, general manager of Sephora Canada. She worked at L Brands in Canada, where she was the country manager for Bath & Body Works, and China. Ms. Yanofsky previously held senior management positions at large name international retailers, namely New Look Eyewear, Intrawest Corporation and Ikea Canada.


John Khabbaz

Director

John Khabbaz is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Phoenician Capital, an investment management firm headquartered in New York City. Phoenician’s mission is to invest in high-quality businesses built on foundations of strong unit economics and often led by pioneering founders. Mr. Khabbaz earned his undergraduate degree from McGill University and then attended Columbia University, where he received his MBA. Prior to founding Phoenician Capital in 2007, Khabbaz held leadership roles at a multiasset class financial firm. Before that, he was the founder and CEO of a manufacturing business based in New York, with global operations spanning three continents.
